The 3 Biggest Kitchen Trends of 2021 so far

Updated: Nov 10, 2021

At Eadonstone, we have been continuing to design for clients in lockdown and are working on some exciting projects that will come to life later on this year.

We have seen and created the styles people are loving this year and we wanted to share them with you. We hope they provide inspiration for your new kitchen!

Pantries & Dressers

We start with the ever popular pantries and dressers. It’s all about good storage, but it has to look beautiful too!

You can never have enough storage in your kitchen and you may think it's hard to make that space fit with your chosen design but we are here to show you it is possible.

Take a look at some of the stunning storage solutions we have incorporated into our designs recently.

We love this worktop dresser unit.

The simple shelves allow for maximum storage capacity.

It also has space for you to house worktop appliances such as your toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

This is one of our favourite displays in our showroom.

This veneered interior dresser unit is handmade and features bi-fold doors.

We included sockets for baking appliances or a coffee machine/toaster which is such a helpful touch.

Close the doors and no one will know!

The perfect solution if you prefer a cleaner look.

The ultimate pantry

This double door pantry has oak spice racks, tray set, wine rack and dovetailed drawers.

The Curated Kitchen

Up next we have the curated kitchen, the interior design led trend for kitchens with personality!

The key to mastering this look is removing the traditional wall units and instead, incorporating open shelves with personal touches such as artwork, plants and ceramic ware.

You can add warmth with wooden accents such as baskets, crates, wooden drawer boxes and an open shaker shelf unit

White Kitchen

Coming in at number 3 is the white kitchen. Both handle-less and shaker style, white and neutrals are back in a big way!

The light these pale colours reflect back into the room makes your kitchen a light and airy space.

To infuse some interest just add some personal touches, bright coloured accessories or splash-back.

Or just lots of greenery, house plants make a room feel alive.

There you are, those are our 3 biggest trends for 2021 so far.

What's your favourite look?
